LeadRegain LLC (“LeadRegain,” “we,” “us”) runs leadregain.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through our own calls, emails, and text messages, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you book a call through our website, call, email, or text us, we collect what you share. That usually means your name, business name, email address, phone number, and message. We don’t ask for health or medical information. Please don’t send any through this site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this comes from cookies and similar technologies. See “Cookies and tracking” below.

How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to your inquiry and set up calls
• send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages about your inquiry, including text messages if you opted in
• provide, run, and improve our services
• measure how our ads perform and show relevant ads
• keep the site secure and prevent fraud or misuse
• meet legal obligations

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, payment processors, advertising and analytics tools, and the platform that runs our CRM, booking calendar, and text messaging. They can use it only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons. When we believe the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LeadRegain, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. If LeadRegain is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal. This policy would still apply to it.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from LeadRegain LLC, we use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages about your inquiry.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them, along with similar technologies like pixels, to keep the site working and to understand how people use it.

This site may use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. The Meta Pixel is code from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. When it’s active, it can tell Meta which pages you visit on our site and whether you book a call. Meta may combine this with other information it has about you. Meta’s use of this information is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.

How to opt out

• In your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies, in their privacy settings. Blocking cookies may change how some sites work.
• In Meta. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, open your ad preferences in Meta’s Accounts Center to control whether Meta uses your activity on other websites to show you ads.
• Industry opt-outs. You can opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

Our site doesn’t currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as responding to you and keeping business records, or as long as the law requires. Then we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No way of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under your state’s privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We’ll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

Information we handle for our clients

When we provide services to a med spa, we may handle information about that spa’s patients and leads, such as names, phone numbers, and messages. We do this on the spa’s behalf and under our agreement with them. That information is covered by the spa’s own privacy policy, not this one. If you’re a patient of a med spa we work with, please contact the spa directly.

Children’s privacy

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
