These terms cover your use of leadregain.com and the text messages you get from LeadRegain LLC (“LeadRegain,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or opting in to our texts, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

LeadRegain LLC is a marketing agency that works with med spas across the United States. You can reach us using the contact details at the end of these terms.

Using this site

You’re welcome to use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Please don’t:

• use the site for anything unlawful
• try to break into, disrupt, or overload the site
• copy the site’s content for commercial use without our permission
• submit false information or someone else’s contact details through our forms

Our services

This site describes our services in general terms. It isn’t an offer. The services, pricing, and terms for any client are set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything here. We don’t promise any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue.

Text messaging (SMS) program

• What you’ll get. LeadRegain LLC sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages about inquiries to people who opt in.
• How you opt in. By checking the text message consent box on the booking form on our website and submitting it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• How often. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out and help. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and no more texts after that unless you opt in again. You can also reach us at (941) 432-4408 or john@leadregain.com.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We don’t share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This program covers messages LeadRegain sends about your own inquiry with us. If a med spa texts you using tools we set up for them, those messages come from that spa, under its own terms.

Content and trademarks

The text, graphics, logo, and design of this site belong to LeadRegain LLC. Please don’t use them without our written permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to sites we don’t control, such as Meta. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We try to keep information accurate, but we don’t guarantee the site is complete, current, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LeadRegain LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our text messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
